Parents Take Away Child’s PS3!
Today's news article totally surprised me! After his parents grounded him and took away his Playstation 3, Corey Trojano decided to hire a hitman to kill his parents. Are you serious!?!?! What he didn't know is that his mother suspected he would take action like this and helped the police to setup a sting operation. Corey will be tried as a juvenile, but after reading all of the trouble he keeps getting into, I am not sure why he is not being tried as an adult! It is an interesting read, and very shocking that people lose scope of reality and enter a world that they see in gaming.

Nokia n810
Oops! It looks like I bought my Internet Tablet a couple months too early. Nokia announced yesterday that they will be releasing the Nokia n810 table in November. The upgrades include a brighter screen, a drop down QWERTY keyboard, a front side camera, more internal memory, GPS, and a lot more! Engadget says that the shipping price will be $479 when it is released. I paid about $360 for my n800, so this is a sharp price increase for the new features. If this new tablet can do skype video calls, I will be very interested in it!

Patriots caught Red Handed!
Tisk, Tisk Bill Belichick!
The Patriots were caught last weekend cheating in their game against the New York Jets. They had someone spying on the Jets' sideline and videotaping the play calling. The NFL made the ruling yesterday that they would fine Belichick $500,000 for this, the organization $250,000, and they would lose their first draft pick in next year's draft. It seems to be a harsh punishment, but they are just cracking down!
Personally, I am shocked that such a powerful team would try a stunt like this...and why did they have to do the taping on the Jets' sideline? Couldn't they have filmed a similar video from a seat in the stands? Did they need to hear the coaches to figure out the play calling? I guess I will never know...

Michael Jackson dies at 65
The name is very popular, but the person is different. Michael Jackson, a famous beer critic and author passed away this weekend at the age of 65 (heart attack). I wanted to write this as a post and not as a
Latest Link because I was a fan of Jackson. In college I read a great book of his and have even seen a few videos he created. He truly was a Beer Aficionado, and his advice was amazing. It is no wonder that everyone in the beer world knows this man as one of the greats! It is sad to know that this man's journey has ended, but his wisdom will go on in the great works he has left.
