MacMost
macmost
With Macworld 2008 still going on, I thought it would only be fair to write about a podcast that love Macs and will give you updates on the expo. What better podcast is there other than MacMost for this sort of thing? Since the beginning of Macworld, they have posted 7 different podcasts that talk about the Expo, the Keynote, and first looks at the new products from the Keynote. These podcasts will give you a good look at the Expo in just a couple of minutes...perfect for those of you that are interested in what is going on, but are struggling to find time to read about it!

Ask A Ninja
ask a ninja
I have been a big fan of "Ask A Ninja" since Question 16 (about 1.5 years ago). It has always been a lot of fun listening to the Ninja answer questions that people have emailed to him. I think my favorite episodes (which one of them happens to be the most recent one out right now) is when a bunch of questions are asked and answered in rapid succession! Other questions I really like are when something extremely basic is asked and the Ninja answers it in a fashion you would have never expected.

Hey Ninja, do you really look forward to killing me soon?

WebbAlert - Your Daily Tech Round-Up
webbAlert
I remember my college years when I would have to be home in the evening to watch The Screen Savers on Tech TV. Everyone on the show really stood out as great TV personalities, and very knowledgeable. One person that started a phenomenal career with this show was Morgan Webb. She ended up leaving The Screen Savers and started working on other shows on the G4 network like X-Play. She has a column in FHM magazine called "Tips From The Gaming Goddess", and is just extremely well known in the technology world.

In early August, Morgan started up a new weekday video podcast called The WebbAlert. It has already become a "must watch" show daily for me, and would recommend everyone watch it! The topics on the show mainly revolve around recent news in the technology world, but she sometimes goes off on gaming and viral videos. The shows are only about 5 minutes to watch, so take a small break and give her new podcast a try!

Around the Net
around the net
A podcast that I must watch daily is Around the Net. The hosts are Kevin Pereira and Olivia Munn. If you are a fan of the cable channel G4, you might already know these 2. They are on the daily TV show Attack of the Show. I do not have cable, so I get my fix through their daily podcast...

Everyday they take 3-4 videos that they find on the Internet (hence the name) and show a sample of them. There commentary after showing the clip is usually goofy, but pretty funny. Odly, they love the videos where someone does a face plant, or something horrible like that...but I think that is what makes the show amusing. If anyone from Around the Net reads this, how much of the show is scripted, and how much is ad-lib? This is one of my favorite podcasts to watch, and I hope you take a chance to watch it yourself!
